I am currently buying the highest skillers and working on winning comps. I have halted all my breeding programs for now. Breeding is time consuming and costly and I doubt I'll be back into that any time soon.
Hint: As a new player, the best way to make money is get black market items from the promo games and sell them in the item exchange for equus. You can sell a Horn of Plenty for 300,000, for example. This makes you a lot more profit than if you opened the Horn of Plenty yourself. Do this a few times and you'll have plenty of money!
Also, don't like that silly carrot flying past your head? Simply refresh the page to make it go away and continue playing until a better UFO pops up, such as aging points.
As to divines: Bemoaning your fate that you're a non pass player and will ever own one? You can earn 30 passes a day just doing the objectives. Do them until you've saved about 3000 passes, then go after the divine you want. No, you might not be able to own a 100 divines, but you can get a few and that's still fun. Have a little patience. Nothing good comes easy! Also, quite often the secondary divine offered in the promo events can be obtained without using passes or with using only a few. See if it's one you want.
