It's November. That's Means its NaNoWriMo season. Don't expect to see too much of beyond a brief check in every day or two. You're still welcome to message me and I'll respond when I see it. But between a full time job, personal downtime and writing a 50k+ word novel and trying to figure out if I'm going home to visit family over the Holidays . . I'm pretty busy. 

Novel this year? Is something I thought I would never do again. We're back in the genre of Sci-Fi something I have no experience within beyond TV shows (I don't read Sci-fi) and instead of your traditional novel I am doing a series of shorts that follow the human race backwards on their timeline. 

Currently Day 5: 20252 words written. 

Goal is just to get back in the habit of writing everyday, even if that means ending this experiment halfway through the month and starting a more traditional novel after this one reaches its 50k

Hey guys, just something to note. First off, please always feel like you can message me for anything, doesn't have to be game related (though something substantial is nice, it is kinda hard to reply to someone just saying 'hi'). Always willing to answer questions and just have a conversation with anybody. If you do have a question though, please do utilize the Game Play forum. I'll always try to get an answer back to you, but I have very unreliable schedule and you will likely get an answer much faster in the game play forum than through my inbox. I may take a little longer to respond to a conversation, but I will always answer (if you don't hear back from me with 48-72 hours you can poke me again about a conversation). 

Please do note though, I don't accept random friend requests. My friend's list is private and I don't really like being 'collected' I prefer to get to know people before claiming them as a 'friend' but I do usually add people that I have a longer running conversation with. It is not that I don't like people, I love chatting, but I like to have a meaningful reason to add somebody other than just 'your a mod, I'm a player. we should be 'friends''

Some things to know about me.

  • I was asked to join the US Moderator team in November of 2013
  • Horses have been the 'loved' animal of my life for as long as I can remember.
  • I am a Bible believing Christian. It is a core facet of who I am. I respect all people as members within a single human race, regardless of ethnicity, social status, age, or life choices. Just because my beliefs may clash with yours does not mean I will spread hate and disrespect. I only ask that others do the same.
  • I am an avid reader of fantasy. My love of reading started by devouring every horse book I could find and I wandered into the realms of fantasy around the 5th grade and have never really looked back. 
  • I am a hobbyist writer who still hopes to have a novel published at some point on the timeline of her life. I participate in NaNoWriMo every November and some years turn out better than others. 
  • I am a casual gamer. I am the sort who manages to get themselves lost or stuck at the easiest part of a game. I play a game for its story not its graphics or even really its ingenuity. I also tend to rarely actually manage to finish a game, I will start one, be hooked on it for a few weeks and then lose interest. 
  • I have roleplayed in the past, though I have found it really requires people you are close to and can have a lot of fun with. Because of this I enjoy Dungeons and Dragons, though the dice truly seem to hate working for me. 
  • I am a Magic: the Gathering player, though I only play casually and I really do not have any cards worth bragging about. 
  • I have played various Horse Sim games over the years, Howrse is the currently the only I am active on.
  • My music taste is quite varied. I will listen to anything once at least to its first chorus. I listen to everything from classical hymns, contemporary rock, metal, folk music and just about everything in-between.
  • I am a working adult, therefore my schedule tends to be rather fragmented. If you pm me and I do not respond I simply have not gotten to it yet. I am open to talking, discussing just about anything, and simply ask that conversations be meaningful.

Game and playing information

  • I am predominately a Unicorn breeder and a Golden Apple collector.
  • I have played on Howrse, on and off, for about a year and a half longer than the registration date of this account. There is also an account on Int under the same username that is (woefully) mine and used predominately for access to testing. 
  • I am an occasional pass buyer. By no means do I spend a fortune. I work for my spending money and try to keep purchases for games minimal.
  • I selectively enter comps. I typically only comp when I am blupping, so this means I intentionally enter comps I have a high chance of winning. I also use fillers. 
Sales
What am I selling and how?

  • Any horse found in the 'Sales' tab is a potential sale (excluding any tab labeled NFS). Please bring forward a reasonable, researched offer when inquiring. I base sale prices on current market values and may decline an offer if I a feel I can make a better deal down the road.
  • Please Note: Any Retired Coat in my Sale tab is NOT going to be sold for Equus.
  • If a horse is listed as negotiable, you can negotiate its price. If it is not, please do not bother asking. If something is in sale for a set price, I want that price. Unless you are offering to pay passes when I have something listed for equus, I am not going to be willing to change my prices. 
  • I typically always have unicorns for sale, prices vary based on current market value for breed and gender

  • RCs/GAs I do not already own. I am more likely to be interested in unicorn/winged unicorn RC coats than I am from other species. 
  • Any of the 'collector' coats that I don't already own

  • My EC provides full amenities 
  • It is open to the public at the skill level that is set. It is not likely I will be willing to lower it for anyone.
  • I am currently working to slowly expand to 100 boxes, beyond that I have not decided
  • Goal is to keep all my comps offering rosettes with minimal effort on my part
  • I do not accept extensions for Divines or horses below the current skill level. I need to keep my EC's prestige over 80% to keep all my workshops usable, which means horses boarded need to help prestige and not bring it down
  • Personaldddddddddddddd
  • On times I am heavily blupping I will typically use my EC for myself and blup my own horses within it. This means some days I have open boxes and some days I do not.
  • I do not typically reserve boxes for people
  • Unless my iron gathering is running low my missions are typically set to 100%. 
Breeding Tabs
What is where?

Story Time: When I started GA collecting I wanted a theme for my collection. When you get over a few dozen a single theme gets pretty worn out. 'Story Time' is a collection of tabs dedicated to stories I have enjoyed over the years. The host of my GA collection is here, named after characters from stories (books, games, movies, tv shows ect.) Not every character named is one I like, but some of my absolute favorite characters are reprsented. Can you find them? See any of your own?

The Starborn: Being a dedicated unicorn breeder this where all my breeding unicorns can be found. This included team unicorns and my ever expanding personal glory of unicorns. All my personal unicorns (along with unicorns in Hanoverian Nightmare) are GA'ed, the rest of them turn into passes. 

Pasture Pets: This was is a set of of tabs for my fillers/Ap farm/pass horses. They are separated out into age groups to make it easier for me. 

Misc: Just what it said, mostly for trophy horses and a few randoms I have no dedicated tab for yet.

Untouchable: Here is, kind of my legacy? All my retired personal unicorns can be found here. Eventually all the special BMI trophy collections will be represented here. Also held here are a few random GA'ed unicorns that were not part of my personal breeding selections. 

Sales: Self explanatory. Looking for an RC? Peek into my Retire Coats tab there and send me a note. Please be aware I will not sell an RC for just equus. Also the Limited Edition is labled NFS because nothing in there is for sale. 

Starstruck Divinity: Is where all my divines can be located. 

Beginning and the End: Is where all the draft breeds can be found, I only occasionally work those tabs, my main focus is unicorns.

Other Horses: This is NOT a throwaway tab for me. Typically in this tab are horses I have not sorted into their tabs yet, or GA'ed horses I am working on bolding. There is also is one very personally special horse I keep in that tab who is also in my favorite horses bar as a measure of respect and memory.

That horse is Maj. Steven Brothers. The horse itself is the RC USA on the background -New-York- This particular horse is in memory of his namesake who lost his battle with cancer and was buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
