PUBLIC FILLER PROJECT

i just started doing this so players could get their wins for blups without getting stomped by better horses its simple if you see a horse in comps named PUBLIC filler feel free to use it these are horses that players can use without having to ask friends to help fill comps i came up with this idea myself so if you start doing this as well that'd be great  but please dont say the public filler project was your own just put a message on your page letting players know you are part taking in the public filler project so they know they can enter the comps and please spread the word about the project
