8/15/2022 - Editing presentation for the first time in a long time due to daily objectives. I took a long hiatus but I'm back now.

Greetings and Salutations!

I am a mother of 2 little kiddos and have loved horses my entire life, no pets at this time (unless you count the fish in the pond out back, my daughter would!). I was lucky enough to get some lessons and know some amazing horses when I was young named Tante, Ferbert and Rain.

I have just started taking lessons again with a new instructor, and riding a Quarter/Appy mix named Legacy and I am feeling so amazing. Love spending time with horses.

Anyways, I also have a very desk-type job so I have recently started feeding the horse need with Howrse and have been having a blast and spending lots of time reading guides and deciding what I want to do with my stables.

So, to start, I am going to list here a few tips and useful links that I have discovered for beginners.

1. First off, if you haven't finished the tutorial yet then do so! If you skipped it, reset your account and do it. You will get 3 useful horses out of it. Start with a mare and do Dr. Zig's foal games (or some variation) so that your mare is the best trained of all. You will be given a stallion for her but you won't have an opportunity to train it or anything before it is old enough for breeding so it will be less useful than the first horse and having a decent broodmare is always good.

2. Name one of your adult horses, Junior Croesus. Every month one such horse will be turned into a full divine Croesus, which is an awesome horse to have. I chose the first foal born to my two foundation horses during the tutorial for this purpose.

3. Visit the special divines daily! defrost Frost, stroke Xanthos x5 and congratulate Topaz x5. I have links at the very top for this or you can go to the horse directory and search for other ones you wish to use. This gives you a chance at getting your own frost and a Hypnos blanket, a chance at a Horn of Plenty and equus and a chance at a diamond.

4. Visit other players and congratulate them. I have also included above links to people who also have customized UFOs which can be great prizes to try and nab! Also, doing this lots will help you get a good ranking in popularity because people will return the congratulations.
