I have been playing Howrse on and off for many years, I even had an account before this one that got deleted due to inactivity. It's a great game but sometimes life gets too busy for it. When I started my current game I focused on breeding PBSH and improving their trot skill, it was fun and I enjoyed it. Then life got busy and I went 'inactive' for a while. Currently I have a bit of free time but not as much as I would like so I am focusing on getting all the coats in the classic coats trophy. I am working on Appaloosas as the moment, I think I only have a few more left to go.
My Black Forest tab contains all my Divines and Wild horses, pretty much any of the 'special' horses I get. The Coats WIP holds all the horses I am working on getting all the coats for. The 'complete coats' tab holds the horses/coats/breeds of what I have finished for the trophy. 'Wychwood Forest' holds some of my favorite horses, whether I have had them for a while or they have a BMI item for customization. Some of them have 100 BLUP and some of them are just in there for funsies. 'Current' holds the horses I am currently breeding to get the classic coats trophy. I usually have some horses for sale in either 'Current' or 'The other horses'.
I will NOT sell horses from any tabs except for 'Current' and 'The other horses', even then I am hesitant to sell unless it is already listed for sale.
I currently have a BA in biology (Not a BS which is 'bs'), I love all of the little critters and creepy crawlies on land. I hate the water and fish and I made it my mission in life to never take a fish class. I don't work in the biology field at the moment but perhaps in the future. I am currently going for a MS and I have a job which doesn't leave much time for fun unfortunately. Where I live I am not allowed to have a cat or dog so I have kind of improvised and I have a collection of creepy crawlies. Currently I have 3 bins of Dairy cow isopods and springtails, two jumping spiders: Lola (my regal jumping spider that looks similar to the one on the left), and Salem (my bold jumper that looks like the one on the right). I had two male Asian Flower Mantis but they have both passed (Inuyasha and Syther), once they reach adulthood they don't live long. I have had Salem for 1 year and 4 months, and Lola for about 8 months now. I absolutely love them all! Someday I would like a Hercules beetle, more isopods (especially ember bees and maybe rubber duckies), and a few walking sticks. My favorite creepy crawlies are Ixodes scapularis or black-legged "deer" ticks, I have done a lot of research on them and they are fun to learn about.
Aside from all that, I love watching anime, knitting, crocheting, and playing Howrse, Skyrim, Stardew Valley, and Animal Crossing. I am always happy to chat about any and all of it!

While I am okay at art with pencil and paper, I am not great at digital art so I did ask AI to make me the background image. Then I used this lovely guide to make the layout (https://thebookofhowrse.weebly.com/how-to-make-layouts.html). I have used it a lot in the past and it has held up well over the years. Highly recommend if you are looking to make your own layout.
