The amount of resources gathered by doing missions is determined by the highest skill of the horse doing the mission. If you have a draft horse the resources gathered are doubled. ie: max skill for draft = ~200 you'll get about 20 resources.

Delling: EC with shower and water, Ac Heel, and Phil Stroke. NO MISSIONS! I managed 15 points in a day. 900/15 = 60. So, about 2 months to get the coin, but it is a v. rare item, not available in the shop and pretty rare in events. So pretty good.
UPDATE on Delling: with fountain I can get 18 points/day.
