No major news to report as of yet. Concerned with training of the horses and working on getting the newly opened Black Raven Ranch, up and running. Our main focus will be the breeding, training, and sales of premier Hanoverians. Our main training will be in classical disciplines. Although all ages, stages, levels, breeds, and riders will be welcome. We have fields for the production of our own hay and feed, as well as greenhouses and cattle. We will have tack for rent and employ only the best in their fields, be it training, gardening, riding, etc. | HanosJupiter Spice ~is my founding Mare. Although her skills are quite nice, and she is not yet fully blupped, I am hoping I can find a skill training program, and either purchase or breed/train a stallion, to increase her offspring, future generations, to a much higher degree.Symphony Allure ~is a young hano stallion, found abandoned on a dilapidated, falling down farm, deep in the foothills of West Virginia. First thought to be just a "nag", but once brought back to health and strength, was found to be more. His training finished, (Al) is doing well in comps. His new rider tells us he loves his outings in the forest and mountains. Gypsy Lolita ~is a beauty of mare. She was sold from under a loving older couple, and was soon found to be in an auction house. Purchased for far more then she is worth. However, watching her frolicking in the fields and her playful antics with the farm staff, make her worth more. Unfortunately a bowed tendon, during her jump training, has put her all her training on hold and stall rest has made this normally happy girl, a bit mareish. Quicksliver Phantom ~Jupiter's first breeding. A gorgeous gray stallion. His inborn skills were almost double his dam's at birth. Over the course of his training since he, is coming a long nicely. Place well in his first comps. Cloud Walker ~Also Jupiter's. His gorgeous coloring makes him easy on the eyes. His orneriness, makes him hard on the heart, among other things. His progress has been slow and frustrating. Although not yet two and half. We are hoping that its a case of the "terrible twos". Possibly gelding, if the behavior continues. Easy Street ~Jupiter's second breeding results. One of a set of twins. His dark bay color catches the eye. He is quirky and fun. Taking to training easily. Escape Room ~Easy's twin. Also quirky and fun. Is in the sales for 56 OBO passes. OthersCalm Storm ~A feisty, speckled gray cloud of fun. Decent genes and fun to train. As of now training is going well and smooth. Much like her transitions. For a heavy pony, she has a beautiful floaty trot.Bad Assumptions ~The first of Storm's twins. A juicy red chestnut with flaxen mane and tale. He is shy, but curious. Ever So Funny ~The second of Storm's boys. Identical juicy red, flaxen chestnut as Bad. Unlike his twin, Funny, is bold, expressive, and a jokester. Lonely Liaison ~A smart and willful red mustang. Wild for the first 3 years of his life, he has come a long way in the few short months since his arrival at BRR. His speed is beyond that of our other horses. And he seems to enjoy spending time at the cow fence. Cutting career?? Honor Bound ~Was a foal we picked up after a tragic accident took his mom. One of our mares lost her baby, so it fit. As for Honor's fit with us we are still deciding on that. He has a decent gene pool, but at less than a year, his day are spent playing and eating. His appetite is immense.
I am an adult player. (kids please get parents permission before messaging me). I live in New England, with my husband and our 4 kids. I have a stocky, comical, 15 yr old bay Stock Quarter Horse, name Samuel. He was a rescue, severely beaten and didn't trust most people. He has come a long way in the 18 months, I have been working with him. I am so proud of him. We recently just started dressage. I am a western rider for over 30 years. Dressage is...different. :) | ISO a training program that will give my "kids" the best possible outcome. As quickly as possible. Willing to pay. TIA ISO fully blupped, highly skilled pure bred Hanoverian Stallion, above 5000 in GP to cover mares. ISO a class act Belgian Pony Stallion. The higher the skills, the more equs for sale or cover.
