How I Play:
I like to breed variety of horses. As of now I am still growing my herd and generations. Typically I breed my mares to studs with favorable GP until they produce a filly, where then I retire the mare from breeding and focus her solely on training and competitions. Once the filly is of age, I will repeat this method. I usually keep breeding the mare until a female is born for the sake of ease of tracking the generation line. All colts born to me will grow into stallions, and once they are of breeding age, I stud them out and offer coverings at a low price of 500e until they turn 4 years old, where then they are retired from breeding and focused towards training. To the best of my ability, I try to keep record of any foals they sire outside of my farm, and will congratulate the players who produce my stallion's foal. In the event there is a line continued only by males, for example a Draft breed as they only have a limited number of coverings in their lifetime, then the line will end at my farm, and I will no longer reproduce that breed.
With the exception of special or divine horses, I will usually sell my horses at the age of 10 years. This is how I do not overpopulate my farm, but still have them long enough for training and breeding purposes. In the event a mare has not produced a filly to me by the time she is 10 years old, I will keep her beyond that age until she does so, or until she is 20 years old, upon which time if she has still not produced a female, I will retire her from breeding, and the line of that breed will end at my farm. I have a system for selling my horses as well, and it just comes down to their phenotype. Horses without a GA coat are auctioned out with a starting price of 1000e. Horses that I have given a specific GA coat to are auctioned out with a starting price of 10,000e. These are considerably higher in price since I use my own $$$ to customize them, and put a lot of work into them, and as a rule here horses with GA coats sell for a higher price. Once I get my system going, I usually advertise which horses I have for sale here on my page, as well as how much they are going for. I do accept reserved offers. If someone sees a horse they like on my farm and would like to purchase them when they come of age, it is first come first serve, just make me an offer.

I play this game as an escape from the real monopoly of life, it's all fun and games to me! Not here to create rivals or competition with other players, just like doing my own thing. Let's be friends!
