Arena - Place where a human can take the fun out of forward motion.
Bit - Means by which a rider can take out his frustration, fear or lack of knowledge on the sensitive tissues of the horse's mouth.
Bucking - A counterirritant for the horse.
Cross Ties - A horse gymnastic apparatus.
Dressage - Process by which some riders can eventually be taught to respect the bit.
