I try to return all congratulations that I see! If I miss you, I'm sorry.
A little about me and my game here for anyone who's curious:
I'm an adult player and an occasional pass buyer, though I prefer to earn my passes in game. When I do get passes, I spend them all on horses in short order. (haha) I'm gradually working on my trophies - such as getting all of the coats collected.
I don't have much interest in the "Great GP Race", though once in a while I'll buy the nicest colt or filly in a breed that interests me. Then I'll try to run along in the "best publicly available" part of the race - before falling behind again. I just don't have the time or money to compete with all of that. For a short time I was an AP farmer and blupper for a team. That was a lot of fun, but "life" interfered in a BIG way (overseas move) and so that was the end of that. Now I AP farm for myself.
I do work hard on my horses. In my breeding programs I try to only breed 100 BLUP horses (or at least high positive if they can't get their wins) and I'm always seeking to improve on the parents.
I had an interest in NIB horses and I have an ever expanding collection of Foundation horses from many different breeds. I had bred a few NIB foals, but it is slow going since I try my best to BLUP the parents first. With the upgrade of Foundation horse's GP, the old 350 horses are obsolete now I suppose, but I still have a bunch of them.
The breed I started with here was the Akhal-Teke and I still love them. They still dominate my NIB horses, unicorns, and higher GP horses.
Other breeds I've dabbled in: Thoroughbred, Gypsy Vanner, Shetland Pony, Mustang, Knabstrupper... etc., etc.
I have one real horse, a Paint horse stallion who is my avatar picture. He's an amazing guy, he's given more pony rides than I can count; I can let anyone ride him and they'll be safe. I've owned him since he was 1 month old and he is 19 now. We've been though a lot together. He is truly a one in a million (or more) kind of horse.
