Reaaaaalllllly disappointed with the Chimera horses. Seriously, they're just the same ol' Wilds with an altered appearance, and those are, at best, a combination of amusing and exasperatingly useless.
I mean, at least change the prizes to something marginally more interesting than 10 passes. How about special 3-star tack that you can't get anywhere else? Or skill points that you can use for ANY horse you have over the age of 10? Why not offer a unique companion? The opportunity to change a regular Helios Ray into an Unlimited Helios Ray, or get rid of those annoying Waters of Youth? You know what would be interesting? To be able to change a chosen horse's age by a certain number of years--forwards OR backwards!
Really, Howrse, you could've done ALMOST ANYTHING BUT the 10 passes and it would have been great, but...ya didn't, man. Ya just didn't, and it's a little disappointing.
Also, there are those of us who are still awaiting the return of Cowbra. Get on it, please. (Ok, so I'm probably the only one. Do it anyway.)

About my horses:
Divines: Yup, I've got divines. Nope, you can't have 'em, not even the "worthless" ones. Don't even ask. I've got a "Block" button and I know how to use it.
Companions: I've also got a few horses with formerly rare companions. The fact that some are no longer rare, is irritating enough that they no longer have much interest for me. Not that I'm selling the ones I have, mind you, because I worked hard for them, but blankety-blank-blank-blankety, is that infuriating! Really, Howrse, you couldn't have just added NEW ones to avoid this issue?? For those like myself, who enjoy collecting rare and unusual finds, it's like a slap in the face.
Retired coats: Meh, if I've got 'em, I've got 'em. I have very little interest in buying them, but I do typically put the limited ones on my horses, though I don't bother to keep track of them beyond that. (That doesn't mean they're for sale, because they're not.)
Retired backgrounds: I tend to collect retired backgrounds and I have some pretty rare ones in my collection. Some of them are so rare that there are fewer than 12 copies in existence.* It's unlikely you'll ever see them anywhere else, and I'm very proud of that fact. They aren't for sale, for any price, for any reason. I wouldn't even trade them for a divine, since those you can actually still get during special occasions. These? Impossible.

*There's only one way that I've found to look up how many copies of various RBGs exist, and it takes a long time and a lot of patience. Here's the process: Directories > Creations > Landscapes > check the box that says "Already Used" > pick a likely color > Search > look for the right picture > find it (somehow) > look under the column called "Number of Uses". There it is, the long, convoluted process of finding out how rare those retired backgrounds are. (As an added side note, some of the retired backgrounds have a non-retired counterpart that looks identical. Click on it to make SURE it's the right one.)
