I have two Ephemeral Welsh mares that have completed at least one of the training requirements for BLUP but it's not counting them as done.

It works the same as regular horses, you have to have the 20 wins in competitions also.
I would double-check that you have finished rides to complete the skills, as well as the skills available from competing in competitions
I have the 20 competition wins for both of them, but the first one it happened with still does not say all three trainings are done and for her all training is done.
