Notus is one of the divine wind horses.

You can take this horse for a ride over oceans to increase their wind force or over mountains to increase their skills.

Rides over plains increase their skills as well as their wind force.

Up till age 3100, as soon as Notus‘s wind force reaches 100%, it creates a tempest.
