I don't know what I would do with 7k AP. Wow... They would probably be gone in four days default smiley xd

There's other ways to get AP without the Great Challenge. I've got over 1300 horses I could AP farm... (too bad only the first 1000 count)...

I don't have as many APs as Cyberhorse, but I have a nice number -- I hoard them some -- stingy using them ---- I just work up to the GA in the Great Challenge and then quit -- so I'm with Cyberhorse on this issue (still need GAs for the compers to even have a chance nowadays)

I had 1k at one point, sold a bunch for equus and am regretting that now default smiley xd I wish I hadn't missed Hrimfaxi, I only needed a gold, silver and 2 diamond cards. That would boost my AP in a hurry.

Hopefully they have a pass offer at the end of the year like they did last time, I'll go after Hrimfaxi.

I can't wait for Christmas Promo I heard it was AWESOME last year! I hope it will be better because this Great Challenge I don't like and most of my friends don't like default smiley :)<- **me** before GC started after it started -> default smiley (d) I wonder if there is a Hallowen one?!

Usually there is a Halloween promo... my first year it was cards, last year it was an archaeology-themed promo where you had to "dig" for artifacts and gifts.

Both Christmas promos I have been around for have been the Magic Ride. It has boards with spaces that hold various prizes and gifts (as well as passages to other boards), and you roll dice to see how far you can move. The catch is that you have to wait until December 25 to open your gifts and see what you got!

Last year it was the magic ride. It's kind of like a virtual board game. but you had to wait unti December 25th to open your gifts. Its also when the Icelandics came out :default smiley :)

At this point in time to the best of our knowledge they are focusing on an overhaul of the EC. I think, from what I have read it is coming in no less than three updates over the next several months and probably a few more continuing into the new year. Because of all the new coding, resting and triple checking they need to run. . .while I am sure they are looking at other parts of the site to improve, the only thing we know about for sure is the EC.

Unless several pages have been posted since my last post I typically always read back to the last time I posted so that I am aware of what conversations are running in a thread.

We just completed the WEG Cards promo, which was hosted on the Test Server first and we had fairly decent advance warning of it, almost a month. Howrse generally tests its promos before releasing them on servers, and we have a great batch of people from the test site that frequent this thread with all the news they can gather for us. If there were a promo that was known about, I am sure word would have already been starting to spread. As it is, no one has mentioned anything.

We have tried to discourage speculation in this topic as it leads not only to unverifiable rumors, but false information being spread around. Just because a certain promo was run for a holiday promo in the does not mean it will be run again in the future. For example we have yet to redo the painting promo, nor have they brought back bingo or a variety of other promos. Speculation and general chatter do not belong here, the intent of this thread was for people to be aware of up and coming verified events and changes.

Cowbra is the horse of the game's creator. This horse has unmatched strength. There is only one, and he is not ranked. He cannot be sold, nor can he reproduce.

Cowbra was added a while ago to teh French version, and probably will never see US Howrse.
