It is not that I really super dislike it. It is definitely not as tedious as some. I just find it rather pass heavy to complete, since it is a bit luck based in your progression.

I'm glad to see the M____ returning! The M____ were actually the first promotion I ever successfully completed. I think I will skip the P_____ promotion and save my passes for the M____ instead. I was able to complete the M____ last time when Sekhmet was released with only twenty passes spent, and two more days left in the promotion. I also had not been absolutely direct in my path; I ventured off to find goodies once or twice. I thought it was a great deal. Hopefully, I can save up twenty to thirty passes before the M____ start.

Hallaloth, thanks for noticing my comment! Yeah, I agree with you, I can see where it might cost a lot of passes to complete the promo if luck wasn't on your side, that's for sure. I was very lucky during the last 2 M____ promos, hardly spending any passes at all. Like Draft mare 101 just said, it was also the first promo I ever completed! For some reason, I've had more success with the M___ than the other promos. default smiley :s It reminds me of a board game, and the artwork is awesome. It's challenging and fun. So glad it's back. default smiley :)

Wait...so the M___ Promo's mazes are different for everyone? Cause I find completed maps and they are always accurate for me. Then again...I never got the the fourth one...

The rough translation come up with "ways" so it can be interpenetrated in many different ways. When I get to the preprod I will be able to report on what I find.default smiley :)

That's funny because I love the M___ promo also and I always thought that was mostly because it was one of the least luck-based promo types in the game. You can calculate almost exactly how much it is going to cost you before starting and you don't have to get up in the middle of the night like for the pinatas.

The actual board game one, the magic ride, was one of the worst luck based ones ever. And the ones like christmas trees, plants and potions are heavily based on luck because you have to get the right set of decorations/ingredients/candy and you might get the right "rarity" item but not the exact right one which means you can't really know how much it will cost in case you have a run of bad luck and then it feels wasteful when so many of the special items can't be used. The M____ has just one thing that helps you through and it is just a matter of getting enough of them. I am definitely looking forward to it. But I am also hoping to have enough passes to complete both of them as I want the divine from the P___ promo as well.

Typically though 'help' for this promo comes from Luck items, and it typically is the TC. They adjusted it so that you could get help at any level, meaning I believe it guaranteed you got help, even with compensation, however it was a range anywhere from 1-10 if I recall which frankly means, yes you can calculate a range of spending, however your luck is going to determine a huge factor into how much you spend. . .which mine is abysmal



There is no word yet as to any new breed being added to this server, or if any of the breeds that are on Int will ever be added to the regional servers. The latest info we have on breeds at all is that

beyond that though there has been suggested spoiler indicating that a new breed is being added on any server at least for the next month and a half, possible two months depends on how long we go between updates and promos.

Is the prize for completing the second maze *really* just a Helios Ray ? Seriously ?

And I suppose you have to finish #2 in order to do #3, then #4 ?

It is likely an Ow's Ray, which frankly with the release of the new trophies is fine with me. Last time we had to complete M__ 1 and then had the choice of doing 2 or 3. You had to complete 2 of the M__ in order to unlock the 4th, but you were able to skip a set.

Feedback on the M___ Promo

There are "different" correct paths you could follow. I followed my maps but found there could be different ways to get through but the maps helped me to determine the way for me. I followed a few different paths but still got through. I used the maps many times just to see the whole map uncovered only. There will/can be some confusion with the maps but they will still be helpful.

I found a magic hat on map 3 g--15
I found a hera pack on map 4 g---2
I found the Hm staff on map 4 I--19

So there are some good gifts.

Sorry I'm a little behind the times, but are there any tips on how one can get Carnivorous in the plant promotion? I'm working on just getting the divine by growing yellow seeds, but I didn't get any today (and I'm not willing to spend passes yet...). Are they going to be offered again when you first log on or something like that? Or will only other seeds be offered?

Other than the given maps and prize list, is there a way to see which prizes are on what squares so I can plan detours (if I want to)? I know a few were posted by Cyberhorse earlier in this page.
