Plus - there is no set end date for this promo. The Festivities start when we get to the tokens goal, not on a specific day, so losing a day won't really affect any one player's chance in the promo. And since it sounds like all the servers are getting the same delay, they will all start on even footing.

Mmhmm since the update is like 2 in the morning my time, I have been checking all day for t promo. I'm starting to get upset, like the admin team lied to us, even though I kneo it's not try and they are busy or encountering probs. it just seems unfair that they haven't even officially explained why its not here..
