madi- Lucky! Sales prices have recently gone down... (in my opinion), so you got lucky.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 15:04:05
I was planning to buy a few BMIs with the passes, but then I saw that there was Divines for sale and bought Venus. I sold like 5 of my unicorn and about 5 more combo horses. Then I got Uranus, from Venus...

Do you guys think it would be cool if spring or summer or winter or fall had multiple coat colors?

Trick- I more have combo and skiller fever!
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 15:41:52

I know right!default smiley (lol)

I also LOVE making combo, Blue Mist. but skillers are harder for me, for some people BLUPping may take like a week or so, for me it might just take a month.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 15:44:49
madi- I love making combos too, just, skillers are way too expensive right now.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 15:49:47

I know, I have a few I have bred (people want a lot now a days with skiller horse coverings) and back when I didn't have a lot of equus I could barely afford breeding skillers. right now i'm trying to work a filly and a horse. the filly was bred with a tear so that should help me. I went to the BLUP/training topic and asked for some tips, an someone said to bolt her and geld her. i'm planning to do that...as soon as I get a Z. Bolt...default smiley ^)

madi- Great idea! I'm starting a perfect crossbred horse project! I just got started...
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 15:58:52
that's pretty awesome! I tried that once but gave up for some reason. maybe it's because I probably just don't have a lot a patience...

What is a combo and skiller? I don't really know.??
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 16:11:11

a combo is like a GA/HR mix. here is an example

a skiller is a high skilled horse/pony/unicorn that usually has a very high GP. here is an example of a skiller
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 16:19:15
Normally, a skiller is a Pegasus. They need the bonus.

Most new uni breeders looking to make their mark on the game quit and go to skillers; it's easier and a lot less frustrating. Thankfully, I have the ability to breed my own skillers occasionally; it depends on if I have a Tear and Wand (I never only get one and I prefer a Hera's Pack) and a good, 100-BLUP pair that's at my team's current GP.

Any news on what's going to happen after the next Big Challenge? (Not this one)

Have we all forgotten what the purpose of the Spoiler Zone is?

This topic is to discuss or share information about things that could be coming to Howrse, or events that possibly will be happening. This is -not- for discussing things that are no longer "spoilers" since they are now happening on the game nor is it for discussing things we have other topics for.

Thank you all for your continued respect of the forums. default smiley :)

so how much are the treasure chests so it can save up?
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 17:31:22
Lilfliuff-Treasure Chests are ten passes, but you can't purchase them until a promo comes out that offers them. You might want to save up for the Titan's Challenge instead, which is two passes and will be in the Black Market very soon.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 17:32:55

They are Titan Challenges, not Treasure Chests. default smiley ;)
By sappho, May 18, 2014 17:33:53

Usually in promos they cost 10 passes.

Do you think new divine coats will come out soon. Like a green spring or a purple summer?

I think so! And hope so!
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 20:19:16
New Divine coats? With the exception of Sleipnir, the ten or twelve variations of Greyfell and the five variations of Balios, there are no other Divine coats. Each time the coats have been reworked, the Divines stayed the same... There was one update of Divines a long time ago, though. Also, the reworking of the coats was to help with visible tack compatibility.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 20:21:40
And the five variations of Falabellas.
By Retired breeder, May 18, 2014 20:24:20
Trick- That would be cool but it would be too much coding for the system. There's enough color coding for Sleipnirs , Balios', and Greyfells. Lets not mention the elemental, the pumpkin, and normal coats. Remember how the DAs ended up? They ended up being too much coding for the system to handle. So, I think they're going to just leave them for now.
