I am not up om what unis we have but that is fine.If they release aq new uni on another server it usually means they will release a new uni that is new to this server.

Maybe in a promo? ( nothing on any test server yet.

There is also a LOT of buzz on International about the immenent release of the gemstones soooooooo

We do not know. That is the general buzz/rumor, but no hard facts on it yet. Since they do not test divine re-releases (to the best of my knowledge) the first people who know will likely be everyone since the sales get posted to the sites pretty much all at the same time.

If you open a HoP and it says that you won say 8 points, but the pinata you are on is on 56/60, will the extra 4 points carry over to the next pinata or will they be lost?

I was told that as the pinatas go up in number and in necessary points, the amount of points in HoPs also goes up. Is that true? Is it worth it to buy the HoPs?

Yes, that's true. The number of points you get goes up based on what Pinata you're on. It's scaled.

Whether or not it's worth buying them is up to you. One or two HoPs probably won't make much of a difference overall, but there are some people who have already finished the promo because they used HoPs to accelerate their process.

I was also told (I don't know if this is true or I took it the wrong way) that a friend was saving their HoPs for Winter. I thought that Winter was only available through TCs. Will he become available through HoPs at some point?
