It is part of the tutorial when you first log on ( free). It is absolutely important that you follow the arrows that show you how to do the promo. So even if you already know just follow the arrows in the beginning.

I always calculate the promos as the first Thursday after the ending of the one we are in.

That would put it at June 16th. Now nothing is guaranteed but it should give you a rough estimate.

Looking very far into the future.... Does anyone know what the Leo promo will be? Or when it will start (general middle of July, beginning of August... ect.)

I have asked this question on pages before, being a Leo.
There are only guesses since the prepod for it has not opened yet.
I do check the spoilers every day on INT since they usually have the information before the US server.

No you really can't. It will give you close, but it is different each year and some places will use the same date all the time causing slight differences from chart to chart. Depending on the place you look I am a Leo or not.

If I remember correctly the zodiacs give a present if that is your sign. I would not be happy if I used passes to get "my" zodiac and be wrong. Since people were asking about Leo I was curious.

The item will be available in the Black Market when an event is launched where a background is available. To start, the Ow's Greenhouse background will be available when the Plant event is launched on the live version.

Sequential backgrounds will be added regularly.


So now I asked whether it will be available for purchase for passes, and also whether past events' backgrounds will be added as well, and the rates of those additions. Hopefully I hear back from them again soon!

I don't think they were ever as low as 5 passes. I specifically remember forking over 12 passes per wild when they hit the reserved sales. ^^

I think at the very end they may have been. I know I got 2 for 10 because they were in a Treasure Chest that I forgot would open on Purchase. And I could have sworn that the two before that were 5 as well because I have them and I would never have paid more than that for them.
