This was the best place I could think of to ask this, sorry if it doesn't belong. I got invited to use the test server today for the first time everything seems exactly the same besides the promo event. Is that all we are meant to be testing? I am confused since it's one that we've seen many times before.

On the Test Server (https://us.preprod.howrse.com/) you should to see new promo and you shoud be able to test/play him. If it doesn't then write on contact or report it on VIP forum.

The promo after the P__ is the drum roll

The Plants

The concept is similar to the previous one, but with some changes and a different theme: Maori agriculture. Players plant seeds and make them grow to win a gift. They also receive a dragonfly when a plant is harvested that they can give to the divine stone to make it grow and win Rongo, the new Maori divine.

Changes since the last edition:

There’s no divine plant but a divine stone that has a meter to show the progression.

The divine stone doesn’t progress automatically when harvesting a plant. Instead, you get fireflies after the harvesting, which you then have to give to the divine stone.

You have to water a plant on the previous day if you want it to grow on the next day

The community plant gives something for the contest: 1 more spot to grow plants.

You can see which gift you’re going to get right after planting the seeds.

There is now the possibility to remove a plant that isn’t fully grown (can be useful when someone doesn’t like the gift).

There are collections, but no more extra gift once you’ve completed all 4.

The plants are cutely animated

The probabilities have been adjusted so that the rare seeds are (a bit) less rare

Each plant color exists in two versions

A few other adjustments

There is a tutorial, Golden Horseshoes to be won towards the end-of-contest lottery, and the event is available on the mobile version.

Rongo Ma Tane


Rongo belongs to the Maori Divine series. Rongo has a tiki you must fill with mana. For that, you need to observe 3 turtle nests per day. And find out if there are any baby turtles. When the tiki contains 300 x mana, Rongo will give 1 x 5 day contract for a Farm-Hand Employee.

Notes:
The player has to have an equestrian center to receive the gift. If not the case: the player receives nothing after clicking on the recuperation button. When the player has no EC, a confirmation box appears when they click on the recuperation button.

The gift is applied directly on the Equestrian Center after clicking on the recuperation gift. It does not enter into the inventory.

If the player has already a current farm-hand contract the days are added after the end date..

Pretty disappointed in the Maori divine series. The prizes are lackluster, and with Tangaroa at least I only get an average of 5 mana a day, having only gotten three turtles on one day the entire time I have had him. I was still on the fence about getting Tūmatauenga but

plant promos tend to be on the expensive side of things, and Rongo has a pretty poor perk, and I was only getting Tūmatauenga to complete the series. Thinking I will sit both of these out.

Is there any information on the total number of divines, and if there will be a final Maori divine awarded to those who collect the rest of the series?

So, do you get the same amount of Dragon flies for each seed plant harvested because then you could much more easily get the divine by only planting say yellow and some red seeds and harvesting the plants earlier to get the divine or would that not work after so many plants etc?

The dragonflies do not come from the seeds but from the objectives. Each seed contributes to the growth of the divine seed but with different amounts. In previous promos for the plants some have gotten through using the lower seeds with some of the higher ones.

There are two paths one can take, Go for the divine or go just for the bigger prizes. This is your choice and from previous promos the water will be the most wanted resource. The last promo we were overwhelmed with the lowest seed.default smiley :-x
