I think it's a pretty cool little pony also but as for Irish horses we do also have the Connemara and the Gypsy Vanner (aka the Irish Cob)

Interestingly, these 2 other Irish horses also have Stamina for a top skill but it is Stam, Dress,
Jump instead of Stam, Dress, Speed like the Kerry Bog.

So, will the new pony become the first rival of the Criollo?

Icelandic Hike

We’re taking you on a big ride through Iceland with a brand new contest, where you might encounter puffins and other obstacles….
Inspired by a French card game, the principle is to move forward and avoid obstacles by using cards to reach the final destination with the divine horse.





How it works


The player has a pawn on a board and has to move forward, collect gifts and pass obstacles using specific cards. The board has three lanes and you can always see 3 squares ahead. 1 square = 1 kilometer.


Cards


The player has a deck of 5 random cards. To use a card and make a move, the player needs to use a token. When they use one, a new random one is added to the deck. If the player is blocked, they can get a new set of cards. This refresh is free the 1st time of the day, then it costs 1 pass.

The game always highlights which card(s) can be used where you are (the others are greyed out).



Move forward, 1,2 or 3 kilometers. (Note: if there’s an obstacle after 1 kilometer but you only have x2 or x3 cards, you can still move forward 1 km but then you’ll be blocked and the additional km is/are lost).



Switch card: This card can be used to switch lanes and is especially useful if you don’t have the required counter card or are more interested in the gifts in another lane.
Note: you only move sideways and not forward with this card.



The fish counters the puffin (distracting it with food)
The drill-corn counters the rock (breaks it)
The flying horseshoe counters the obstacle (flies over it)
The naughty joker counters any obstacle and sends it to another player.
It is sent to a random player. You don’t know who, however, the player who receives it sees who they got it from.



In addition to obstacles, players can also encounter gifts and tokens on the board. They need to step on a square to collect the gift it has. (You don’t need to land directly on it, walking on it is enough, for when you use x2 or x3 cards).


If the player is blocked (can use no card) they can get a new set of cards. This refresh is free the 1st time of the day, then it costs 1 pass. The cards of the new set are random but the player should get at least one they can use in their next move.


Tokens

There are several ways of getting Tokens:


login (5/day)
horse rides (5/day)
participating in competitions
in the board
completing collections
buying them with passes (permanent offers not available on the preprod as usual, but there are also special offers)



Checkpoints

There are 10 checkpoints (that can also count as levels), with special gifts : one on each square. When passing a checkpoint, the player has the choice between 3 checkpoint gifts laid on a square of each lane. If they want more than one gift, they can use the switch card.
When passing the last checkpoint, you win Tyr, the jackpot.


Collections: There are collections of cards and you can get tokens for the contest when completing them.

Mobile version: There is a mobile version of this contest. (It might not be available from the start of the preprod).

The event after the M Game is looking really awesome on the US test server! Great prizes near the beginning! Looking forward to another c timer and 5th element for free. I will have to save up some passes if I want to get to the end. At least the promo seems like it will last about 10 days.
