just out of curiosity, do we have any pictures of what the elf tack looks like on horses? i imagine it could look either really goofy, really cute, or hopefully both haha

What divine, did everyone get it?

to obtain all four reindeer divines without spending passes, since they are part of the promo itself? I have Blitzen, and I'd love to make it a point to get each and every single one of the reindeer divines, as I am big time deer person. Thanks.

I'm actually quite excited for the reindeer divine that are coming out this year, I will be looking forward to getting Comet as he reminds me of Bobby Singer in a way. Does anyone yet know the amount of passes would be necessary to obtain all the deer?

So I just got onto the US testing server.

Donner was given to me in the tutorial so he will apparently be free.
Looks like you basically hitch a reindeer up to your sleigh after choosing a prize (so like the trees, you choose which prize to go after and the higher level prizes require more distance but also a higher level sleigh so you must level it up first by going after lesser prizes) and then you do actions similar to training to have it travel. So instead of say a mountain ride, there is a certain amount of distance covered towards the prize. Then you can feed your reindeer and you can stroke, water it and give it a treat (a candy cane) and that all replenishes its vitality (basically it's energy) and you can only do actions for 24 hours with each reindeer before you have to put it to bed or use an "aging snowflake" to be able to travel more.

The training works a little like how the training is done in the mobile app.

Okay, here are a few differences. The stroke gives 20 vitality no matter what (even at high vitality), it still takes 30 minutes. Water and candy cane each take 15 minutes and give 10. The feed gives 5% vitality for each bit of food regardless of how much vitality the reindeer currently has, but it also takes 30 minutes to feed each bit of food. So instead of feeding taking 30 minutes no matter how much you feed, the amount of time required for feeding goes up as you feed more. The smallest increment is 5% for 30 minutes so clearly the water, stroke and candy cane are much better options and feed only as needed after that stuff.

Donner's travel was costing 12 energy per 30 minutes and gave 1 km. So you need like 5 feed for every 2 extra bits of travel.

And don't forget to put the reindeer to bed when you are done using his vitality and caring for him!

The Comet reindeer has a cap, just like Comet did in the stop-action holiday classic, "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer."
