Aly37 - Thanks! One of these days I really should create an account on Int. server to keep up with things. And if it's going to take a year for the EC changes, then so be it. I'll just have to hang tight and try other things in the meantime.

I am not happy about the objective change. This will surely be interesting. I wish this change would not happen, but what can I do about? To those of you who have seen my arguments about some changes in the past, I will try to lessen that. default smiley (lol) The whole idea in the blog does not interest me one bit. Hopefully this change and the EC change will not ruin this game for me.

I think of the trophies as a special part of the game. You should only deserve them if you do something for them. As in the objectives. If I misunderstood that part of the blog, please tell me.

I was excited earlier this week because I only have 10 left on one of the accounts! Now I know I cant finish them because one is a seniority objective. What a disappointment. default smiley :s

The only reason I have the CA and INT accounts is to keep up with objectives. I'm deleting them all later today.

That is what I use some of them for too. To see what the newer players are having to do. I am not sure what I am going to do with about 7 accounts now... I know I am keeping 4, but I don't know about the other 6 or so.

Wow... That's a lot. I'm definitely deleting the Aussie server and the Ouranos server because all I have those for are spoilers and... it's sort of a moot point now default smiley (lol)

Haha. I dont know why I made so many. I just like to start with different horses and try new things with them. I cant speak the languages I play on, but I like it.
Can someone explain what we are getting with the thing replacing objectives? I don't understand it. I see it as servers going against each other default smiley (lol) so I don't know what I am talking about.

Each server will have its own goal of a number of tokens to collect. That number is based on the number of players - more players, more tokens needed. When a server reaches its goal that server gets the 5 days of Festivities. There isn't direct competition - but I suppose people will be comparing which server gets the Festivities first default smiley (lol)

I noticed there are a couple of Solar System divines in the reserved sales... But only three. So, does anyone know if all the other ones will be put there? Like Earth, Jupiter or Saturn?

This is all just speculation... but since the news post says it's the "last chance" to get these Divines I would assume the rest of the solar system series is also going to be re-released.

From what I saw in the images of the big challenge on the Howrse blog, we will get another chance to win an Onyx using horns of plenty, so good news for everyone whos been complaining about the parade promo.. default smiley (lol)

The objectives as we know them will be replaced by the daily tasks for the Big Challenge. Here's the paragraph about them from the blog:

There will be many ways to collect tokens: UFOs, some competitions, the Grand Prix and 6 daily tasks. Those tasks will be randomly selected every day and they’ll be different from one player to another. Some will be similar to the missions we usually have in the contests (win a competition, give an apple to a horse, etc.) and can be integrated in your daily life on Howrse. Other tasks will be brand new, for example donate Equus and objects to a new player. This way we’ll focus more on the collaborative aspect of the game (and Ow isn’t the only one getting your Equus default smiley :p ).

The 100 objectives as they exist in the game now will disappear and the trophies will be available to everyone right after the tutorial. It would be redundant to have both the daily tasks and the objectives.
