It is a translation error. According to wkipedia, the breed doesn't exist.

The Welsh Mountain Pony is a subtype of the Welsh Pony, just like the Welsh Cobb. Every once in a while, I break down and look up breeds on the servers for something to do. I doubt they'd be releasing a breed that's widely available a second time as a subtype. It's something howrse doesn't ordinarily do (unless the subtype is released as a wild. There is a Welsh Mountain Pony wild I think).

It is probably the Highland Pony of Scotland. We won't know for sure until it's released here and they fix the translation error. It happens all the time.

I had like 2 days seniority when that was going on and had 0 idea how it worked.

DWC- I hated the promo. It was nigh on impossible to get tack and when you did, you ended up with too much of something and a deficiency of everything else, and the color bonus was unpredictable.

I loved the Horse Parade - only because I was lucky enough to find all the Golden Tack and win my Amber! It also allowed me to buy great gifts, though. Even without the divine I would have been happy about the promotion.

I absolutely love Onyx.

Onyx looks beautiful, but I hate the horse parade. The tack is way to unpredictable, and the color bonus, and you hardly get any points. 400 is beyond my reach, never mind the 4000 needed for Onyx.

That was the transation I got from the Int server and they got it from Slovac/ English translation.

So it is some sort of pony but could be anything at this point. Obvious it will be a new sort of pony.

The only thing I'll be going for in the Horse Parade is the new breed. That's it. I need to keep my trophy, and it will be unfair if I have to wait *again* for over three weeks after everyone else gets them to get a pair.

Seeing as you'll get 8 passes worth of diamonds from them during their lifetime, then yes! They will give you far more than you paid for them.

Anyway, if you want a less biased opinion, go to someone else, but here's my views on it:

It was a dress-up game. You won pieces of tack (often the same kind of tack) through logging in, winning comps, etc., and you put the tack on the horses to win points when you "showed" the horse. The log in also granted a new horse to put tack on. If I remember correctly, a lot of people were complaining that they didn't have enough horses and had too many saddle pads.
There were things called "Parade Packs" that were bought in-promo and out-of-promo (the latter costing one pass) that would grant another horse and some tack and could grant a piece of Divine tack that you could put on the Divine horse that you "won" at the beginning of the promo, but to obtain the Divine, you had to put all seven pieces of Divine tack on it.
There were categories to the tack (common, uncommon, etc.) and you could match colors of the tack for bonus points. This was often unpredictable and unreliable.
There were also flash sales for tack, if I remember correctly, and an email ViP/Facebook bonus you could get; the Facebook bonus was given once, and was active for every horse, and the ViP bonus was purchasable for every horse, but cost equus and you had to keep replenishing the supply. (This was before the ViP account came out, so they may have changed it for ViP members only. Eh, it doesn't affect me, but I hope it's out to everyone.) There was also an Email opportunity for tack: email someone and then get some tack.

Pretty much, it was a pass-pit (money pit) that happened to be used as a recruiting tool. One of the many reasons I hated the promo and don't mind if they just passed it along. I'll get the free stuff, but other than that, eh.

I'm guessing this will come with the new graphics and visible tack, since that's what it showcased last time and will invariably showcase again.

I absolutely despise most of it.
I mean they just had a super big update and now with this to come. It better come after next month or... who knows what I'm going to do.

I didn't like the horse parade either. The only thing that is worth it this time around, in my opinion, is the new pony breed.

Onyx might be worth it, I don't know, I haven't had the pleasure of getting a divine, but I'm not going to spend my passes on the promo. It's all I can do to keep up with my peg account usually (although i did get ahead this month).

I'm hoping the new graphics come with the horse parade. it would be nice. I'm really anxious to see how the pegs work with the visible tack.

Eh, Horse Parade ran during my hiatus. I kinda ignored it. Would much rather have seen potions. . .

Anyone else else feel Onyx is Sapphire all over again? Or was it Amethyst or a mix of both?

I want to have the option to take the tack completely OFF the horse's screen; I don't see why there's a need to have visible tack on horses. Why not have the same icons as the other tack, in the nice little thing offstage? Also, I read that it's not good to leave tack out with the horse; after all, it's leather and could wear too quickly with the elements. And if they get it caught on something, it breaks. If they're going to make us have visible tack, I'm probably just going to BLUP to 40 or something, because there's no way I'm going to compete.

Sapphire can breed, and that's a big difference.
