We will not know anything officially until Test servers open up. Until then everything is speculation and rumor.

does anyone know what purpose the tractors or scarecrows will play in the future?

Based on the information in the change log - tractors will be replaving scarecrows - so I assume they would serve the same purpose that scaredrows serve now - to increase crop yields.

Once tractors are here - we should be losing scarecrows.

How do the testers get picked? What are the requirements?

I hope that the tractors are less money than the scarecrows are. I have never been able to buy a scarecrow, even before the merging of the of the two reserves.

Does anyone have any clue as to when the are going to arrive? I wasn't sure if you guys have discussed it yet.

When the tractors come does that mean the scarecrows we already have on meadows will be lost or they will just be changed to tractors?

wildcat101- They'll be changed into tractors.

We won't really know until testing begins. When we lost pets in the boxes a long time ago, we were only compensated with equus. Getting showers was nearly impossible due to none being in stock and the drastic price increase. I due hope they will just swap them out because it was a complete nightmare last time. So fingers crossed!

I believe the time line has stated, as well as several other Admin posts on the subject that yes scarecrows will be changed into Tractors when they get introduced.

As far as Lippi Unis >.> Who knows. It took some of the most recent breeds about a year or more to get horned after the breed was introduced.

Note that the reform of the parallel market also happen with this on-line. In summary:

I know it appears they are referring to the markets when they say 'old system' .

But with the comment about not doing away with the meadows or boxes and basically changing the way the horses go to them, I wonder if they might be going back to something I think I recall someone mentioning once - when the horse is bedded down, they are put in either the meadow or box for the night.

Really can't wait (although we have to) for the test server to open so we can get information on the changes.
