From what we understand they are working exactly like donkeys do in terms of game play (though I think Draft GP will go up as (someone correct me if I am wrong) it was stated that the higher GP a horse was the more resources you would get?) so they should be in the same comp spread as every other horse.

Why do we have to put news in spoilers, since the only people that come to the Spoiler Zone at all are people that are going to click them anyways?

Phew! Guess I'm glad I kept my EC as small as it is. For those who want to get up to speed quickly with troughs, greenhouses, etc. it will certainly cost a lot. Maybe I'll take it slower and gather some of the resources I need instead of buying everything right away.

I have a small EC with a decent reserve --- I will not be jumping up and down to get all the stuff -- in fact, won't get most of it -- real life financially impossible -- the troughs sound like a good investment, I'll work up to those
and I really never liked greenhouses anyway -- give me my meadows in season and I'm fine ---
but everything will go to profit selling as usual, even more so now -- won't be making anymore mashes or manure (2* fertilizer looks just as good as manure now that I have Geyser )

I've managed to get my EC up to 119 3*** boxes with showers - fortunately, it would appear we have until later in March before having the troughs counts in EC prestige - so I will be looking at building those first off. Will probably have to spend my reserve on the workshops.

I'll probably go for the large greenhouses so I can continue to grow profit crops in the off seasons.

Tack will be the issue once the troughs are in.

See, I am looking forward to have 6 large greenhouses doing wheat over fall/winter >.> maybe I am the only one that prefers maximizing efficiency though. It will depend on the time it takes for cows.

I agree with Hallaloth, I always grow wheat or something to give me a heads start, so that in the summer when I reach my limit of meadows for crops I already have grown some wheat.

will we still need to repair the greenhouses, as well as our boxes with the goods (or "raws" as I call them) we buy ? and are we still getting 6 fields for planting instead of 5? I hate to repair stuff... a waste of good income I think ... you don't have to repair the fields default smiley (y) Repairing just wastes your good hard worked for income; I'm doing as little as possible ...

Usually that means just what it says.
A couple of days after the Festivities (Which is the lottery) ends, then a new Great Challenge starts. Which was when we were all gathering horseshoes and a new divine is usually offered.
This time though, it's been my understanding the next Great Challenge won't be awhile after this one because of all the new changes being released. I don't think we have a time frame for when the next one will start, but that's why the lottery which normally only lasts 5 days was extended.

Since the trough seems to be a major item in the EC's, what resources and time frame is required to make them? What price are they being sold at in the store?

I've seeen 30200 as a price for a trough in one of screenshots one of the testers posted (don't remember which server). They require 7500 iron to make, and in the future, the price in the store will be supply-demand led. I guess the time to make them depends on the workshop size etc. Seeing that similar items take 12 hrs to craft, I'd guess about 12 hrs for the troughs as well.

well I never ever gamble, so the Titan's Challenge is out -- I always lose -- even in Vegas -- no Balios for me yet -- I have 3 -- I'll just have to wait again till Christmas

Forgot to respond to this.

Sometimes people look for certain things and don't want others spoiled for them.

For instance, I could want to know what Divines are being released and if there's going to be any reserved sale Divines but want to know no specifics on the EC changes.
