Loon yes you can and from what it appears, tack may be cheaper.

On Int a 3 star classical bridle is 8383 e and on prepod it is 1636 e

Three star saddle on Int is 5333 and on prepod it is 4580 e

With this area being supply and demand the prices will fluctuate.

Cyberhorse, would that mean the resale value would decrease as well? Or, do you think it would still fluctuate?

Thanks Loon - I was popping back in to ask the question that this answers

Halla I had so many in use I did not count it correctly.

when I posted this.

The number of workshops will depend on your current EC prestige. You can buy as many as you wish even 10 or more but can only use up to 6 at any one time..IF your EC is 80% or better. Under 80% it drops to 5. I am not sure about the level lower than that though.

You are correct. It is a max of 5 IF you have 80% prestige. Drops down as your prestige is less. Sorry..my bad...default smiley (lol)

No problem, a little disappointed it is one mission per horse per day though. Lessons are nice, but I would rather gear towards the lessons when I am just waiting for unis to get to 10. I can usually be done anywhere between 7-10 years, so I usually just lesson through that. Missions would be nice.

I had not heard they were going to let us change specialties, so I doubt it >.> If they did I would actually be switching to Western, Western needs open breed Rosette comps badly (either that or I just always miss them) and the extra leather from the cutting cows would be nice. I do not use my own comps, and only my divines are in my EC and I can flip disciplines at any time (yay VIP)

Horses are limited to one lesson a day now so I am not sure why the mission which is the alternative to a lesson would be any different. If you age the horse to the next day you get to do one more lesson or mission depending on the ratio between lessons and missions for that particular EC. If the EC has reached the limit then you would only be offered a lesson.

Mine's mostly private, too, but I'm flopped: I have a classical EC and do mainly western. But my comps are well established and I can switch specialties on my horses.
And considering established comps, a friend and I spent a lot of effort getting three of mine to rosette level.

Unless they change the rules on reselling - it will flutuate based on the price at the time you sell.

The price of turnips used to fluctuate and it was an awesome way to make money. It was a bit like playing the stock market. We could watch the trend of the price and sell when it was at a peak. That may be what we will find with tack and resources.

The idea I got was that it was one mission per real life day per horse - so if you aged a horse, you would get to do lessons but not another mission until the game update time.

Are the changes going to happen all at once on the different servers or has it already happened on some?

When people say one mission a day do they mean a horse day or a real time day??

Halla

There are multiple pleas on the test server to keep both the scale and drop down options for feeding.

I am really hoping they will listen.

As one said over there is why not please 100% of your players ( by keeping the option) instead of 50%.

They said it is a no brainer and I agree.

I agree too Cyberhourse ---
and on another note --- why not leave the "secrert market " as it is, and leave us the option of still buying those things we have always been able to (and the new items as well), and NOT have to craft them ?
--- passes are passes .. they still get them -- 50 % may love crafting, but some of us will not

I think I read that we will have to produce tractors, so I've been trying to stock up on scarecrows--- but will we be producing meadows, or will that be the same?

Oh I agree with this also.

The only reason why I mentioned the drop down feature is because it does nothing to negatively or positively affect the game directly. It is a comfort feature that those that are pro beads or pro drop down agree it should be available so we can chose.

To me it is like having a wheel chair option to enter a building and the building owner deciding to remove it. You would ask..why..what did that ramp do that warrant its removal.

The buy options are not removed at all. You can still buy things but the option of buying via the pass method has been removed.

I would hazard a guess that items in the secret market bought by the pass method was so low that it became redundant, and if so then that is the players fault for not using this method. If that is the case and I owned Howrse I would scrap the secret market and replace it with a more viable way ( Howrse just decided to chose the "make your own" as their method choice). default smiley :s

Well, I was planning on using passes primarily to upgrade my EC. With 90 days here, I haven't had much chance to get the passes to spend in the secret market yet.

If that's not going to be an option, I now have little need for passes.

Any info on the donkey draft horse things?
I wasn't using passes (except during the lottery) but I was using my diamonds to buy a horn of lushness daily from the secret market. That has proven to be a excellent way to upgrade my EC.

What I'm hoping is that they will put the horn of lushness into the Black Market - even if they remove the pass option for the other single purchase items.
