You need the bold his 3 top skills by completing the mountain & forest rides, completing the training his main skills (the list under rides), and getting 20 wins then aging to 10 years old to get his blup to 100. You need to keep entering competitions until you can't get any more skills then get the wins, wins can be gotten while entering comps for the skills.
