If the mods were rude they wouldn't be mods. mods have to be polite and patient. if you have a problem with one of the mods make a complaint,
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:26:19

Me too. I like my horses naked. (tackless)
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:31:04
Does anyone have a sneak peak of what the donkeys looks like?

As far as I've heard, there will be an option to turn the visible tack off. I've also heard that the donkeys won't be getting an updated coat.
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:34:23

By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:35:33

I simply was stating a reason I never said I was implying you were rude. And for a fact im not stuck up at all, I grew up loving what I got which wasn't a lot. I also do have a life a good one in fact

I'd advise calming down, guys.
Visible tack is a split-decision that came from the community.
Mods are well-experienced, and if they're terse, they've probably had a long day. They're human too default smiley ;)
People that are snapping about the coats do have a right to complain, and they don't have to sell their horses. Of course, they can if they wish.
I'm one of the lucky few; my main breed hasn't changed yet, and my new-breed-coat looks somewhat similar, so I'm fine with it.
I've been told that I have no life before, what with books and video games and taking care of dogs and working on my math.default smiley *-) If we're here, we probably either have no life or just have too much spare time default smiley (lol)
I've got to head off now, because it's really late EST. Enjoy your guys's games, and here's to a profitable month for us all! default smiley (a)

Wait... what about visible tack?
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:38:28
Wolfheart77, Right now i have spring break. default smiley (lol)
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:39:29
Lucky! We just finished ours.
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:41:17
default smiley (lol) Well, I'm homeschooled so my schedule is flexible default smiley xd

I don't have school but I do have a job . I don't know why im still up

Yeah, just stop arguing. Is it REALLY worth fighting over? I mean, is it WORTH telling someone they don't have a life to insult them? Obviously EVERYONE has a life, or else they wouldn't be ALIVE and playing this game.

And I'm pretty sure they won't be changing the Donkey coats, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Wouldn't be great if unicorns and pegasi exsisted in real life.... or more of.... come out of hiding?
And i think visible tack would look great on pegasi. At least my pegasus Frenchie Fry.

Horrible pun: Kazmoo. When your mooing threw a kazoo.
How WOULD they put a saddle on a pegasus? default smiley (8)

Maybe you could ride on their wings? Who needs a saddle when you've got WINGS?
You sorta could fall of... But still...

I think you would ride either with your legs behind the wings or in front of the wings. not on the wings themselves
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 02:53:45
The pegasus could wrap you in it's wing, but then it would flap YOU.
By Retired breeder, April 8, 2014 03:04:47

but wouldn't that be to heavy? it would need to freely flap its wings to be able to fly.
Keep in mind that we have nine (?) moderators do deal with a server of over one million players. 1,000,000. They get probably hundreds of messages a day, and they have to be patient, and fair, and deal with things according to the rules and putting aside personal feelings. They deal with things in a businesslike manner; that's not rude, it's logical, considering how much they need to get done. They deserve tons of respect for that, and all of our moderators do a fantastic job.

If anyone wants to sell their coats, they're welcome to offer them to me. default smiley (lol) The only coat I don't love out of the new bunch is the Friesian, and I'm getting used to them. Howrse did a really good job with these. I'm excited for visible tack too - I've always wanted that. However, for players who don't, I believe I remember reading somewhere that the visible tack can be turned off and will not be required, though the tack items (removing horseshoes, adding pads, etc.) are changing regardless.
