Keep in kind it's a really big change that involves a lot of programming on top of programing the promos that run, and that making such a change is likely to introduce a batch of bugs that need to be found, then a test server, some fixes and finally it's release. It's a lot of work that goes into something like that, so of course it will take some time! default smiley ;)

Cards have been the rumor anyway. Whether it will actually happen we do not know yet. We did not get the expected Gemstone release into reserved sales, though that could still be in the agenda somewhere. Nothing is guaranteed, even if it gets tested (though usually that means they are just double checking things) Howrse has agendas it works on, so some things get phased out without the players hearing about it.

Cards are on the French test server, so they're a little more than rumor. They are, however, of course not guaranteed.

I want to do the cards again so badly! those I think were the most fun out of a all the challenge promos. probably because there is no way to know what the types of items to get are so you aren't really disappointed if you get a harmony pack instead of a divine because you don't know if there's a new divine until the cards are over. Wow! does that make any sense to anyone else but me. my teacher says my mind works faster than I can talk so my words get mixed around a lotdefault smiley (d)
