INT was founded in 2007. US was founded in 2011, and I believe they've had these coats since the US server was founded.

Sorry, but that's as simple as I can think of to put it...
You get horses. You get tack. You put the tack on the horses. You submit the horses. They are judged. You get points that you can spend in the Parade Store.
You can get Parade Packs that can give you more horses and more tack.
If you can get all seven pieces of Divine tack, you win a Divine.

Where is this rumored "kelpie" everyone keeps talking about?

However! I'm in love with most of the new horses, except the vanners. I can't get over how "warmblood like" they look, I would rather see them big, muscly and with those feathers! Vanners are not the same without feathers!

Anyways, loving these new changes and hoping I can return from hiatus!

I should have clarified, I'm sorry about that. My idea of wasteful breeding is breeding just for the sake of it - of course players don't have to fully BLUP their horses before breeding, I've done it myself. But the idea of a promotion set up exclusively around breeding extra foals/or amount of covers would seem a little wasteful in terms of server space. That's just my opinion. default smiley :-))

catmaster94, yes, Howrse will give you horses to tack up. However, they won't be in your breeding farm. They stay on the promotion page until you put all the items that you want on them and submit them for judging. Then, the judges will reward you with points that can be redeemed in a store for black market items.

If they did that I honestly think I would die inside. I hated the 'Set the Horse's Free' to begin with. Probably the only promo I was active during that I did not even bother participating in. No way was I giving up my unicorns, or a retired GA or a Divine or my Wild. What divine ./did/ they release with that on anyway? I think it was a Sol System divine.

I was pretty bad at the horse parade lol.
I was only able to find two pieces of Amber's tack, but at least it was a fun promo---more original than the Giant Plants. Could you buy pieces of tack in public auction? I can't remember... I might be getting this mixed up.

Yes, but you bought/bid on an item based on how many stars it had, the actual tack item you wouldn't find out about until after you won it.

(I did go through with it and traded my Wild for Venus. My wild was over 80 years and I figured Diamonds are worth it. Honestly though, I do miss that wild default smiley (y))

I've never liked the Horse Parade much, I'll probably sit it out. Hopefully the next one after that will by the Wandering Horses. The timing should be correct, they usually come in May. I'll be interested to see what theme they use. Since I've played they've had tribal, Greek mythology and birds. Sitting out the Horse Parade will give me a break from promos, which I will appreciate. Last time the Wanderers came through I had to participate in 1000 comps to get Phasia, hopefully that won't happen again default smiley (zzz)
