I thought Criollos were released in the Magic Ride. My foundie was born on 12/24/2012, which is during the normal Magic Ride window. But yes, they have been out for over a year and are desperately in need of some horns.

Hmm, I don't know. It might have been during the magic ride where I do have an account sharing manager set up in case I go poof for extended periods of time... I thought it was during a lottery because I logged in after a hiatus and found the horse. I thought a friend had sent me a ticket or something. Quite possible I got other horses that way. I know that's how I got my Shagya Arabian mare.

The recent Magic Ride with Opal as the prize divine, released the Icelandic Pony.
I remember because I got a few foundies, stuck a MA on the mare and produced a bunch of Icelandics and sold them.
I do not remember seeing any Unicorn releases since I've been on here.
I remember the release of Icelandics, and the Highland Pony.

I won a Foundation Thoroughbred unicorn back in 2012 - I can't remember which promotion gave those out ( the breed was randomized). I don't *think* there have been any unicorn releases since then, apart from a Christmas pass buying promotion.

Pretty sure that random release was during a 'clear the obstacle' one' the first one actually, pinata 9 awarded a random foundation. I was bitter since I got a teke, which I already had.

I actually love Quilin.

The divines tend to be named according to mythological names, which tend to be in other languages with their corresponding letters being used in English (Qillin is spelled without the U )

I too was not impressed with the unicorn divine, Qillin, either. The GP is just too low to produce stellar foals. I avoid his foals at all costs, even if it means paying a little more. If you ask me, the Qillin bonus just does not makeup for what is lost in Genetics, and the only real thing I use my Unicorns for is breeding, not competing... hence why I invest in colts instead of fillies normally.... I do understand why he's got a low GP, even though it's hard to put into words.

I like most of the divines, I really do, and am looking forward to trying to win Spring as I have never won a divine before due to wallet constraints, but I just don't think it'll happen with this one, again, due to the wallet constraints (i'll probably be on hiatus during the lottery... a computer was a little more important than the internet because you can't use the internet without the computer!).

Technically, if you have uni after uni after uni, you can get to 180 GP with Qilin.

Very true... I'm surprised it hasn't launched a project similar to the 0 GP project.

Yeah, when they released Qilin I was like "umm... This might start a project 0"

i wish Qilin gave out public coverings.

I like my Qilin. Sure, his stats aren't that great (an understatement) when you first get him, but he gets 10 skill points for every cover, whether it's under the right condtions or not. The fact that he gives out a Fertility Wand is handy, too, but you can get him 50 skill points a day if you have enough mares and aging points. If you don't want to keep the foals, just sell them or send them to Safe Haven. You'll get most of your money back that way, especially if it's a rare coat.

Of course, that's just my opinion, and I do prefer higher genetics, but the inborn skills are eventually going to outweigh that by far (I think). I personally think it'll even things out just fine.

There have not been any other seasonal Divines.
