Quick update on the 'Horse's birthday' wanderer. The age, at least on the Int test server is age 30. So very very nicely obtainable for anyone who prepares a little. Very, very nice to see a much more easy to obtain number rather than age 50 like it has been in the past.

One of the wandering horses require the birth of 9 unicorns. To those that breed unis it probably will be fine but not all of us breed them.

In this promo you will have the opportunity to brew a hesta gift. So add a fertility wand and if you have ISIS breed on Sept 1. HOLD that breeding until needed when that wandering horse requirement comes up. The wandering horse objective counts each foal born individually.

After a very long time, the Wandering Horses are finally back!

Collect all 16 Butterfly Wandering Horses and win prizes!

There are 16 Wandering Horses, each representing a species of butterfly. Each Wandering Horse has a meter that can be filled by completing an objective or by a pollen donation of a certain color, depending on the horse.

The objectives can be repeated as many times as needed.

When the meter reaches 100 points, you get the Wandering Horse in your breeding farm for five days, as well as the prizes linked to it.

Warning: The birthday objective ("celebrate a horse's 30th birthday") will be higher on the live game.

Major differences compared to previous Wandering Horses contests

You no longer get points for the Wandering horses in the Horn of Plenty as previously. Now you have to use pollen (which can be purchased directly during special offers with pollen packs)

You can’t get all Wandering horses from the first day. You can unlock 3 on the first day (during the tutorial) + the Wandering horse giving the divine. The following horses will become available at a 2/day rate.

Before you unlock them, you can’t start collecting points for them.

To get a Wandering Horse, collect points by:
performing the requested action as many times as needed or
by giving them the right color pollen (except for the horseAtlas).
When you get 100 points, the horse joins you in-game for 5 days with their present or presents!

1. The "age" we need to celebrate for a horse will be higher than 30, so strategy would be to prepare 5 to turn 40 and 5 others to turn 50 eh? I'd be really mad if it turns out to be 45 or something though!

2. I thought we were going to be allowed to start collecting points before we unlocked the wanderer but it would appear to not be so. The question then is, do we get to pick the order in which we unlock them? If so, then the best strategy would be to unlock ones that might take a long amount of time first (e.g. the unicorn birthing one).

3. Does anyone else agree with me that Ptah is cool-looking but is going to be pretty useless? Seriously . . . a bonus pack? Got to be my least favorite BMI but I suppose some people like them. I honestly wouldn't want to spend passes on him but I REALLY would like all of those beautiful butterfly wanderers so I probably will spend passes anyways . . .

In the hopes we can choose which ones to unlock first, here are my suggestions:

Greta - need to login on 17 different days (can't do this all in one day no matter what)

Green Sailboat - 9 unicorns birthed - almost certainly will take many days - even if you use the ISIS trick cyber posted, after all Isis will only give you up to 6 so will still need 3 more.)

Dawn - 6 gifts to friend - how many gifts can we give in 1 week? pretty sure it is less than 6 but if not then this one can be removed from this list.

Swallowtail - 17 safe haven strokes - we can only do 3 a day right? So this will need at least 6 days.

Scribonia - 330 pollen to OTHER wanderers - this will depend on how we get the pollen and how much we can "save it" but this one might need to be unlocked early. Certainly want it unlocked before the special offer weekends I would think. If the pollen colors we will get are going to be random then you might not want to "finish" any one horse right away either in case you get that color pollen and need to use it.

Blue Morpho - 715 competitions (that's a lot - could be done in one day with enough horses and/or aging points but might be nice to be able to spread it out)

Vulcan - 250 rides (similar to Blue Morpho - could be done in one day but nicer to spread it out.

Sylvain Large- 50 hrs of foal games - This should only take like 1 foal but you will need 5 aging points to do it all in one day. probably the lowest priority one here.

Orange: Monarch (dewing), Blue Morpho (comps), Green Sailboat (unis)

Violet: Zerynthia (mash), Sylvain Large (games), Dawn (gifts)

For me personally, I am going to hope to get yellow pollen the most and will buy yellow if given a choice because it will save me having to buy HoPs. Second choice is orange. Could care less about the other colors as all of those things are easy/cheap enough to do without passes.
