We already voted on the coats, it's happening. Personally I can't wait. There's a few that I don't like, but overall it's an improvement. default smiley ^)

I'm somewhat pleased with the coats, except for the Friesian. My opinion is that it has too much hair and is sort-of, to me, "lopsided".

also the throughbred NEEDS to be changed

whose coats are those ?
By Retired breeder, March 21, 2014 01:12:56
I like the current tekes, vanners, shetlands, walkers, criollos, and PSHs... I especially hope they keep the PSHs...
By Retired breeder, March 21, 2014 01:13:06
Those look like the posted Tinker coats... I couldn't log into Equideow to confirm, though, because it's currently undergoing maintenance.
By Retired breeder, March 21, 2014 01:20:17
What are Tinkers?
Tinker is another name for Gypsy Vanners. default smiley ;)

One change that I'd love to see is a few extra character spaces added to our horse's names. Quite often I formulate a name I like, only to be two or three characters too long.

@Elizz - I agree with the PSH I like them now. But I also don't mind the updated ones.
It's kind of sad when people say the PSH look ugly, I like them.

Coat for the Quarter Ponies on INT. Possibly Connies on here?

OK, I'm a little disappointed with the wings. There is no way on this green earth or the bright blue sky that wings that small could carry a horse into the sky. default smiley :o

How do you find the new coat pics?
Now if what addicted posted just above me is the new connie coat I'm okay with it. But if it's the one from a few pages back, I am crushed. They have the same legs as the mustangs and a few others do now. Walk up behind them and give them a good shove and they'll fall on their face. Horses don't stand like that!

I personally don't have a problem with the way the connie coats are right now. It's once again why I picked them to work. They were cute and didn't look like every other horse on here. Now in addition to making the fries look like someone gave them a knock upside their head causing a bump to apper and dulled their coat, I have to watch my connies fall over? Guess I'm not actually meant to look at my horses when I'm blupping them now. default smiley :$

Uh -stares at the divine- what. . .were they thinking? Kelpie are supposed to be so enchanting that a person is compelled to ride on their backs. . . . not be so . . . so -shudders- I would run in terror from /that/ What is in their '?' do you know?

The new Connie graphic is supposed to be the one from a few pages back, the one posted above was stated as being for the QH Pony that are on Int and are not over here.

As for the Tack, I can handle that. It does not bother me seeing them with some tack, all my working horses have GAs anyway.

For those that state it is unrealistic or at the very least negligent to 'leave a horse with tack on in the middle of a field' I think the idea is that you viewing their page is the equivalent of a person being around 'working' with them so the horses is not 'alone'

Ugh. The Kelpie reminds of some kind of squid-horse. I thought Onyx was supposed to be the next divine?

There is no such thing as an Ablino horse. It is a genetic impossibility. The closest thing to 'white' is OLWS foals, and they are just tragic stories that people should feel ashamed of letting happen.

'White' in of and itself is ridiculously rare gene to appear in horses. Albino is NOT White, Albino is the absence of any and all pigment. Most 'White' appearing horses are actually Grays, 99.9% of 'white' looking horses are genotyped with a Gray Gene. A true 'white' horse is probably 1/10,000 of those super light grays. Unfortunately I do not have the time to look up statistics for actual White genotypes, I have to get to work for the day.
